Fun Fruit Parfaits


4-6 cups of fruit/berries of your choice  (try and use local, seasonal fruits and berries if possible)
1 cup cashew nuts
1 cup unsweetened organic soy milk
1 cup raisins


Place cashews, soy milk, and raisins in the blender to make a cream sauce and chill.

Use tall decorative glass and alternately layer fruit and cream.

So delicious you'll be amazed there is no sugar in the cream sauce!  This is great for an afternoon school snack or for a fancy dinner party!
